"Most of the problems that we worry about, are either out of our control or none of our concerns !!!"
Heard this re-iterated punch line yesterday, again. Since then have come across such incidents twice, what an irony. :)
First time, should IBM be moving to Linux or any other free ware OS Software leaving Microsoft's Windows and related products? Haaa....

Natural Death - A Lesson
This was the first thought in my mind after I woke up this morning. Technically, life gives us this lesson day in and day out but Mandar was the one who made this reality / concept of management visible to naive eyes yesterday.
Natural Death:
"If something is fundamentally wrong within the system, the system will automatically KILL it - A Natural Death"
If you can swim in water - GOOD. If you can't, water will KILL you. There was a real life IBM example (DDS) before this example, which will be best NOT to explain here. ;)

Somebody Is Coming..... Back
I might get ridiculed by my own MIND for this post, but the truth is that I have been feeling this since a few days now.
As they say it -
"Faith is to believe what you do not see but feel and the reward of that faith is to see what you believe in".

Oblation to Lord
In compliance to my heart's voice and our revered customs - I would love to start this Blog with Lord's Name ...
In the Holy feet of Sri Sai Baba:
MEANING:
The teacher is -
Lord Brahma as he Generates knowledge within us,
Lord Vishnu as he Drives ideas and knowledge into our mind unto the right path,
Lord Mahesha (Shiva) as he Destroys the ill-conceived ideas that take birth due to our knowledge, while enlightening us and helping us stay on the right path.
Thus the teacher is our ultimate God and we pray and pay obeisance unto our teacher's feet.
In the Holy feet of Sri Ganesh:
MEANING:
O lord with the large body, twisted trunk, with the effulgence of a billion suns, Make us free of calamities, always remove the obstacles in whatever we do and make us successful.
