Natural Death - A Lesson

This was the first thought in my mind after I woke up this morning. Technically, life gives us this lesson day in and day out but Mandar was the one who made this reality / concept of management visible to naive eyes yesterday.

Natural Death:
"If something is fundamentally wrong within the system, the system will automatically KILL it - A Natural Death"

If you can swim in water - GOOD. If you can't, water will KILL you. There was a real life IBM example (DDS) before this example, which will be best NOT to explain here. ;)
